Without a doubt, Southdale is the neighbourhood for families! As part of the Louis Riel School Division, there are numerous schools in the area for children of all ages. For post-secondary students, the neighbourhood is a short drive away from the University of Manitoba, the University of Winnipeg, and the French-speaking Université de Saint-Boniface.
